PC Repair (South) do not charge a call out fee to home users within 10 miles of our premises.
If any callout fees apply (over 10 miles) we will quote when booking an appointment.

PC Repair (South) can provide an estimate before a repair is carried out, occasionally when booking the appointment, otherwise at your property after diagnosis.
We are a relatively small business and do not charge VAT. This saves you the extra cost of 15% added to the price.
PC Repair (South) offer a no fix no fee policy on all computer repairs. If a problem cannot be repaired or diagnosed, you will not be charged.
Completed computer repairs are covered by a 30 day labour only warranty, commencing from the date on the original invoice. If the original error re-occurs within 30 days, we will return and repair it free of charge. This labour warranty excludes computer faults caused by software, viruses and end user errors.
All hardware supplied by PC Repair (South) is new and as such have a 1 years manufacturers warranty. If requested or specified by the customer we can also source certain refurbished or used parts.
