The No Fix No Fee policy simply means that if we cannot fix the computer problem then we will not charge the customer.
Exceptions:
1. If we are able to diagnose and resolve the problem, but are prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged a standard fee (£30.00). We always aim to provide a diagnosis within the first hour and will always offer competitive repair estimates.
2. If we are able to diagnose and resolve the problem, but are prevented from doing so because the customer is unable to provide their required Operating System/Software and/or Product Key, then the customer is charged a standard fee (£30.00)
