- Please switch the computer on – This permits us to start work immediately, rather than waiting for the computer to start up.
- Any recovery discs, drivers discs or installation discs for your software (e.g. Microsoft Windows,Office), to hand please.
- Product licenses, keys and activation codes to hand. These may be required if we need to re-install any software to your computer.
- If we are calling regarding an internet or wireless problem, please ensure you have your Internet Service Provider Welcome letter which will contain your setup user name and password. Also your modem/router booklet that came with the router.
- Usernames and passwords to hand – These could be passwords for your windows login user accounts, internet and email accounts.
- Please backup your important data. We make every effort to ensure your personal data is safe, but in any worst case we highly recommend you backup your data prior to the appointment.
